MAMSE offers many services to those who work with the young adolescent.

 | Annual Conference - an
exciting two day event in March that focuses on the promotion and
advancement of middle level education. Educators from throughout the
state share ideas and explore opportunities and programs to better serve our
students. |
| Grants - MAMSE offers up to five
grants worth up to $1000 each. Educators and teams of educators have an
excellent opportunity to fund their innovative middle level
initiatives. |
| Awards - MAMSE members
have the opportunity to recognize and honor parents, educators, teaching teams,
administrators and collegiate educators of the State of Michigan who have
contributed outstanding service in the promotion and/or performance of the
middle school philosophy. |
| Professional Development Consultant
Services |
MAMSE personnel are now available to work with middle schools to facilitate
the school improvement process.
Michigan Middle School Journal - a magazine
published twice a year that reports trends and best practices unique to
educating the young adolescent.
MAMSE Newsletter - published twice annually to keep
members informed of association activities.
| Involvement -There are opportunities for members to become active in the
association. Board member, region coordinator, building
representative. |
| Legislative Awareness |
| Drive In Conferences - These
are one day, half day, after school or evening sessions usually held at
local middle schools. Contact the Board member for your region if you
are interested in hosting a Drive In Conference. Please click
