We would like to congratulate the following people who have been elected to the MAMSE Board of Directors.

PRESIDENT-ELECT: Alice Seppanen, Region 7. This position is elected by the general membership in even numbered years. After two years of service on July 1, the President-Elect assumes the presidency of MAMSE.

TREASURER: Charlene Pike, Region 7. The treasurer is elected by the general membership at the annual election in even numbered years and assumes office on July 1.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

Each year, one third of the board of Directors is up for re-election. Those positions are three year terms running from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2011.

	Suzanne Lappin, Member-At-Large: Open to anyone who is a member of MAMSE.
	Nic Cooper, Region 2: Livingston, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties.
	David Feldman, Region 4: (2 year term, expires 2010) Branch, Calhoun, Kalamazoo, and St. Joseph counties.
	Mary Ann Schmedlen, Region 8: Clinton, Eaton, Ingham and Shiawassee counties.
	Sherry Lambertson, Region 11: Clare, Gladwin, Arenac, Isabella, Midland, Bay, Gratiot, Saginaw, Huron, Tuscola and Sanilac counties.
	David Baldus, Region 12: Mason, Lake, Osceola, Oceana, Newaygo, Mecosta, Muskegon and Ottawa counties.
	Joe Somerville, Region 13: (1 year term, expires 2009) Emmet, Charlevoix, Antrium, Leelanau, Benzie, Kalkaska, Grand Traverse, Manistee, Wexford, Missaukee, Cheboygan, Otesego, Presque Isle, Alpena, Montmorency, Crawford, Oscoda, Alcona, Ogemaw, Roscommon and Iosco counties.
